One of the first plates I ever made, also as part of a series based on my interest in the etymology of Chinese characters. The character here is a variation of the older "liushutong" character for 吃 or "eat". Unfortunately, it was chipped in transit but also adds to a more "ancient" feel I was trying to go for.
